Pre-cleaner/roller sorter Jansen & Heuning

The machine is designed for those who needs to clean and sort potatoes in an effective way. The unit can be used as a part of process lines in all places where very high amounts of potatoes has to be handled.

The sorter is equipped with rotating rollers, which compared to sorting with sieves, caused no damages to the product and generate impressing high productivity (up to 50 t/h).

The sorting goes by rotating, along rubber rollers with adjustable interstice. Potatoes are sorted into 3 categories:

• Dust, sand, stones, small potato
• Small sort – potatoes with dimension smaller than 35-80mm (adjustable)
• Main sort – potato with dimension bigger than 35-80mm (adjustable)
